Our Grandmothers knew a thing or two about making things last.
This workshop honours those skills while adding a contemporary twist to patching and darning your favourite textiles. Mending can become an opportunity for wonderful decoration, alongside saving money and reducing landfill. Earn yourself some serious sustainability street cred. on the quest for zero waste! Some tools and materials will be provided. Bring along your own worn clothes and home cloths for a special dose of creative TLC.
This workshop is part of Grampians Texture, a terrific program of textile workshops in Halls Gap, Gariwerd National Park.
